| Negative: | The business was consulted to perform an assessment at unit as to why water was entering a unit basement. The company advised the water was coming in through the units window.
The company advised it would be $1500 to repair this issue. The unit owner contacted the association regarding the extremely poor quality exterior repair and upon review and take photos the company simply purchased about $50 worth of clear sealant and just sobbed along the top of the porch and around one of the windows. The work was completely unprofessional and tacky and should never be hired to perform waterproofing work as the their integrity is extremely lacking for repairing water issues. |
